Step 01 — Schedule
Schedule your empowerment session experience.
Our booking process is simple and straightforward. Click the booking button to fill out an application form, and we'll get in touch to schedule a brief introductory call to discuss your session. Once we confirm that we're a perfect fit, we'll send you a customized proposal and book your session.

Step 02 — Prepare
Prepare for your session.
We want you to feel your best on the day of your session, so we encourage you to take care of yourself and do things that make you feel good. As a certified hypnotherapist and empowerment coach, we'll go through some tools and techniques to help you feel calm, confident, and ready for your session. We'll stay in touch leading up to the day of your session to answer any questions and provide support.

Step 03 —Session
Day of Session
On the day of your session, we'll arrive ready to hold space for you and celebrate you like it's your birthday. Every session is unique and catered to help you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. I'll guide you through journal prompts, posing, breathing exercises, and even some fun dancing. Our goal is to create a fun and empowering experience that leaves you feeling confident and beautiful.

Step 04 — Deliverables
After your session.
Within 10-14 business days of your session, you'll receive a full gallery with 35+ photographer-chosen, print-ready digital images delivered in a password-protected online gallery. You'll also receive a unique slideshow with music to download and share.
